Returns and withdrawal

How it works

1. Use the form below, email info@cubillelounge.com, or send a clear statement by post.
2. Contact us after withdrawal to arrange collection. Cubille arranges and pays for return transport.
3. We refund payments, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.

Original packaging is not required. Statutory defect rights are described in the complaints policy.
